# 1 : payment first policy ! however, a 50% down payment is only allowed for heavy services and monthly services. (a proof of payment is also required)
# 2 : no cancellations or refunds ! please make sure you're absolutely certain that you'll use my service.
# 3 : emergencies ! if i am unable to complete your request for some other reason, rest assured that i will fully refund you.
# 4 : account safety ! to prevent any problems or accidents in the future, please be sure to change your password and remove the device when the service is completed.
# 5 : communication ! i will be asking questions and keep you updated on my progress during the service to ensure that i do not do anything you do not want me to do. (make sure to stay in contact with the pilot)
# 6 : behavior ! any sort of disrespectful and/or violent behavior will not be tolerated! if the pilot finds the client's behavior to be unpleasant, she has the right to refuse the service request.
